Cheese of the Week - Cana de Cabra

Cana de Cabra is a soft goats milk cheese out of the region Muricia, Spain. It has a tangy flavor with citrus notes. Cana de Cabra is related to the French Bucheron which is generally more mild in flavor and comes in a larger log. Pair with a Savignon Blanc and apricots and you are good to go. An excellent cheese any time of the year.
