Video of the Week - "Cinderfella"

Hey hey,

I just found this video, "Cinderfella." I believe that it is a relevant video for the moment. It is funny and really well done. A fairy tale that is impossible in too many places. But you can change that with a vote.

As the video says at its end "Its time. Legalize love." End Discrimination. Make sure to vote! Always! Because it does matter to so many people that you may not even know and to friends and family who won't even tell you its important to them.
Ciao ciao,

Video of the Week - Azaelia Banks "212" ft. Lazy Jay

Hey hey,

So its been far too long. My apologies. I've been busy being a globe trotter. Now that I'm settling down in NYC baby, things are going good. Living life, exploring my new city, enjoying summer. With that in mind I am happy to announce my new video of the week, Azaelia Banks. I've heard her song "212" nearly every night that I have gone out in this city and can't get enough of it. She's a local, from Harlem, New York. Read more about her below and enjoy the video. Note: If your a baby and some vocabulary offends you easily don't watch/listen. Enjoy!

Vacation in Belgium & Holland

Hola,
I had some vacation time at the end of April/beginning of May and I decided to travel to Belgium and Holland to visit my friends Dorien and Reuben. I met them in A Coruña. They were incredible hosts showing me there hometown and several cities nearby. Below you will find pictures and tales of my adventure. Enjoy.

Brussels:

Manneken Pis

The Court House

So many Chocolates! The Smurfs and Tin Tin are from Belgium.
The waffels were so good! I want another.
The Ping Pong Party.
Time to dance.
A town near Brussels.

Walking in Sint Genesius Rode, outside Brussels.

Amsterdam for Queen's Day:

Public bathroom's for men.

I want to live on a boat!

I miss my bicycle!
There were parties on boats.
This boat stalled under the bridge, on purpose. It had a smoke machine, lights, and a dj.

Back in Belgium:
We had fries! This was the best shop in town.
The main plaza at night, Brussels.

Leuven, Belgium:
A students town with many cyclists.
Apparently the shopping cart isn't part of the statue. I think its a nice addition.
 The University Library.

Gent, Belgium:
The neuzen, nose's, were so good! Its a small purple candy filled with a fruity marmalade.
 The medieval castle.
 There were canal's through Gent.
One of the most beautiful Cathedral's I've ever been too! Sint-Baafskathedraal.
This beer is so good! Try it.
Reuben by a post box.
I had one of the best brownies in the world here!
This shop had such good mustard!
This beer is called Kwaak. It comes in a large special glass, 1.2L. I had to give my shoe as a deposit.

The noses from Gent modeled by Heidi and Dorien.

Back in Brussels:
We saw the Red Bull Soap-Box Race in Brussels!
There were so many cool cars! A great time and fun experience.
Some of the best graffiti we saw, with a human interpretation by Dorien and Reuben.
Delirium Chandelier

There were so many excellent beers in Belgium. I enjoyed trying them.

A huge thank you to Dorien, Reuben and their friends and family. For inviting me to stay with them in Belgium and for showing me their beautiful country.

Primavera Spring

Hola,
I have been neglecting posting pictures. Here are some pictures and stories from this past spring. Enjoy.

This first photo is from Tortilla Dinner with Dorien, Reuben, & Adam.

This group is of a celebratory dinner and send off for my friends Dorien & Reuben.
 Plaza de Maria Pita

Dorien! Are you going to eat all of that?

 Tequila & Dancing
Lets Go!
Hey! Why are you so blurry?
Vanny and I

This next photo is from a dinner with friends from my Spanish-English meet-up group.

San Pedro originally was a military fort and today it is a beautiful park that you can go to. It's best on sunny days.
 The view is incredible!
And the sunset is so impressive.
